If i were happy to make $1000 bux a month with each casino and sending only 5-10 players a month maybe I would have every casino on my sites. There is a reason why when you go to top 10-20 of google for the main keywords you see only a small number of casinos featured. It is because these are the BEST converters and most profitable for affiliates. Our company has 152 Casino Website 4 bingo sites and 9 Poker Sites ,I have 16 people on my payroll which is in excess of $45,000 a month .We can’t afford to ‘take a chance’ and ‘try’ new casinos ,I will
take 25% commission from Unibet and Paddy Power any day of the week over 40% with Us facing casinos with less than a year in the market.

Just very different business models. I prefer to spread out as much as possible, while keeping player and affiliate reputation in mind. I agree on Rival having issues (with a slight improvement as of late). I do test conversions on new places. But I keep a keen eye on player and affiliate comments and am quick to remove places.

It only took one “Grand Privee” for me to permanently make sure I will never, ever depend in any way on the % of income from any one place. Lot’s of places with $1000/mo works well for me. A bit more to keep track of, but then I am free to toss any of them at any time for any reason. No financial issues, no personal relationship issues with managers. And I see different places pop up and well exeed the normal revenues at different times. Some suck for a couple months, then rule for a couple months and so on. I find this is a way of distributing risk and also control fluctuations in revenue.

These are only two of the working business models out there… anyone care to add a description of another?
