This thing happens to my friends and they trying to contect them at this is the only thing World Bingo Affiliates said to the email:
Hi Tom,
The past few month have been a difficult time for us. First we had to deal with the issue of several processors who closed and did not send us our settlements – and then having one of our bank accounts being closed without prior notice and having to wait 2-3 weeks for the funds to be transferred to a new account.
All the above have contributed to the delays in paying our affiliates for April. However, these payments are being this week and May payments are being scheduled as usual for affiliates (mid-month).

But i guess they have to informed their customers and other affiliates about any situation especially the payment transactions.
