I agree with Alex. It is not worth anyone’s time to go after the little guy. The DOJ has been focusing on the money trail, trying to nip things at a higher level. I think after the mid-term elections, things will change. Many states in the U.S. are in the toilet financially, and the thought of garnering some online gambling tax revenue, is very appealing to most. The UIGEA was passed by a different regime, in a different time. Look for it to wither away and die over time.
