I must apologise in advance to you and I am looking into why your emails have been unanswerd and thank you for bringing this to my attention.
I will find out who is taking care of your affiliate account and get them to get back to you.
The reason for you not been able to change you affiliate account payment method from the one you registered with is for security reason to safeguide your affiliate payments get you and nobody elase. Thats why you need to contact support with an offical request to change the payment method from the one you first registered with.
