It does look good – a couple of things
1) the type needs to be darker – it’s a little washed out with the white background
2) are you trying to scare people away? “Online Casino Scams” at the top of the page? Putting that at the top is like – the person clicks to a site looking for hotdogs and you have “Poison Hotdogs for sale!” right in their face – click googbye
3) Same with “Are you aware of Offshore gambling Laws” – Am I breaking the law? I don’t want to break the law – click googbye
