I agree that it makes more sense to have the support online so you don’t have to call the number, but nevertheless, you chose to advertise this casino. You could have picked one with a different support system, right? I don’t claim to know more than anyone else about online casinos, but I do understand what it means to abide by Terms and Conditions, and how important that is to both the affiliate and the casino. It was also clear to me upon looking at the screenshot you posted that the casino does not offer “24/7 Online Support”. That term isn’t even on the page. You can’t ding them for not giving you something they never agreed to give you, right?
