Canadians can still make neteller accounts. I suppose it could still be useful, but not if you are looking for something to wire or direct deposit to/from your bank account. I wouldnt bother with it if you plan to use it to be paid by gambling companies either… they were pretty clear with with me regarding their position on that.. and when I attempted anyway, it turned out to be a complete waste of time.
