Neteller for Canadians really isnt too good. Gambling companies will have a hard time sending you money, also when I spoke on the phone to them I was told that Canadians can no longer wire out of neteller or deposit directly to bank account… Being a Canadian company, they seem to have been regulated pretty bad. The best you can do is request a cheque, or spend via the online or offline credit/debit card.
Rewards was unable to send me money via neteller, CWC was unable to send me money via neteller, and thats where I stopped.
