Yes Google does………. for example who you are partnered with, twitter (who you friends are), Google profile (who you associated with) and many more similar things!!!
Reputation is currently being used by Google and will be their main Key element among others……
For this reason many websites who did have a great Google position have dropped back and the websites with better reputation have gone forward!
