There are millions of twitter pages that have been on for ten times longer than mine and are not ranked at all………….
The ranking is due to the fact the page is consistently updated and changed by myself and my team! (Fresh Contents)
Google does not even realise about half the pages / profiles out there! With all social bookmarking profiles I own etc and things like twitter I treat as my own sites and I regularly submit to search engines and this as well as the regular updates have lead to the ranking
