ok… I thought a lot how to continue with categorizing the games, tried mind mapping tools and more… eventually I decided to use wiki since it’s the most dynamic tool that can basically present any type of information…

things I want to add are (if you know about these issues please write here or in the wiki)
(with regarding to the regulation aspects) what countries / territories allow operating games and which categories of games?
what is the tax rate for each country / region for each type of game?
Examples:
USA currently does not allow any type of online games
Germany charges X percent tax from revenue from FOBT games
