It looks to me that :
the site needs reindexing because of the use of http:// while original was xhttp://www. but due to lots of (duplicate) content it can take months for google to list the pages again.
Second a seo update for vbull along with the reindexing might need more additional time.
Since your site jumped for PR just add content but do not try to make seo mods during the reindexing and all will be fine after a few months.
