if there are casinos that accept US players (which there are) and they have affiliate programs (which they do) then yes you can make money.
But don’t put that deposit down on the Ferrari just yet. You need to work your butt off to get your site popular as visitors to your site will help you make conversions.
Ranking in Google will help, but this is very difficult to do. If you have good knowledge of Social media you might be able to gain traffic quicker that way.
Lastly, your domain is very clear and a good choice, but is unlikely to make you much money as it is 3 words long. I would predict you would make more from developing it.
