An update –
I spoke to the GW management in length. They gave me the full history of this player and his transactions. I jumped the gun a little due to other people’s opinions of GW and their associated casinos.
No player withdrawals were denied or purposely held, which was my major concern. I just didn’t think it was fair that it was lose/lose for the player and affiliate and apologize if this was construed any differently. I wasn’t looking to get paid on a player who lost his casino winnings but the lack of transparency and clarity in their stats system is what irked me the most. I have been told this will soon be corrected nevertheless.
