What’s the objective of this post – to promote your new game or degrade playtech?
Playtech is a publicly traded company and I have never heard of them treating their employees badly. If you have any genuine issues and want some resolution, it will be fruitful taking it up with Playtech’s management.
Every company has their own contracts, but I haven’t heard of any country where an ex-employer can restrict you to work and earn your livelihood in the same area of work. If you are a coder you will take up the new job with a similar job profile in a different company. You can’t become an accountant at your new job, can you? Labour laws in every company understand this concern and protects the employee.
