The two mentioned in the article, plus parts of a couple of others (meetings overran etc!) – Going Global: Targeting on a Mass Scale and Understanding Customer Identity. Unfortunately, as my main role in the industry is closer to affiliate management than affiliate, I had limited access to the Power Affiliate sessions (sneaked in to one and it was very good). Had some mixed feedback on these I suppose – in some instances panellists failed to even show up.
Really liked the angle the second day of the show took in terms of learning about consumer behaviour and what we can/should do to affect it in online gaming. For me, we’re not nearly as advanced as we should be as an industry.
