I’m sorry to see the player tried sending documents twice unsuccessfully. Sometimes the scans are too heavy and they are rejected by our spam filter, so I usually recommend that players send one document per email. They can also contact CS a couple of days after sending them in order to make sure they were received.

In this case, I’m glad to see she contacted CS and Ralph helped out, documents were received and approved. The withdrawal will be approved this week.
