Israel okays extradition of suspected Israeli mob kingpins to U.S.

Jerusalem District Court on Wednesday approved the state’s request to extradite senior mob figures Yitzhak and Meir Abergil to the United States as per a criminal indictment that was served against them last year. The Abergils are the subject of a racketeering investigation.

Israeli authorities will also extradite three additional suspected criminals – Sason Barashi, Moshe Malul, and Yisrael Ozifa – implicated in the Abergil investigation.

Prosecutors allege that the Abergils conspired with Malul to arrange for the murder of a known drug dealer, Sami Atias, in Los Angeles. The Abergil brothers are also alleged to have extorted money from Chai Vaknin and his brother, Asi Vaknin, a former partner in the Roberto modeling agency, in a scheme to launder hundreds of thousands of dollars embezzled from a bank.

The reason I volunteer as mod is because I think CAP is useful to affiliates and I like to keep it that way. I don’t really care who is on staff… or who pays what to whom or if they eat their broccoli or what the color of their toilet paper is. That’s their business.

What I do care about is affiliates getting useful information. That there are no arbitrary bannings. That CAP is responsive to affiliates. That’s what I care about.

None of this has anything to do with Lucky18, so please open a new thread if you want to ask a bunch of CAP questions.

I would like to note that while removing your affiliate links might be a good idea to protect your traffic, we should not make any judgements until a verdict has been declared. Arrested and guilty are not always the same and I think we owe it to the industry to at least hear out the trial.

CAP is here to serve affiliates, not operators. :hattip:

We can watch how it goes and those of us who promote Lucky18 can put them back up if it blows over.
