I have not, either.
Nick has always been one of the most responsive and nicest affiliate managers I’ve ever dealt with, but I have been unsuccessful attempting to reach him via email for more than two weeks. At first, I figured he was at a vacation or conference, but it seems if that were the case he would have responded by now.
I hope all is well with Nick and his family.
If anyone knows where Nick is or if he has had a change of email, please let us know.
