Well, the fact that they don’t reply to emails & AM’s have never been on msn/skype even though these contact details are advertised on their newsletter, i dont think so.
Since we started promoting them (when they launched), we have never had any 1 on 1 communication with any of their AMs.
Conversion at most rivals are poor IMO :hattip:
