Seems like a new thread about VIP comes up every couple months with a similar question/concern. They owed us 4K a couple of years ago and shut off our account, didn’t answer any emails, finally did get a call through to someone who pushed it off on someone else that never got back to us.
Sounds like you aren’t sending any new players, so you are lucky to be getting paid anything (if you do indeed get paid). Clearly traffic shouldn’t be sent their way at this point as they are clearly a rogue program.
