It is true that the players need to look carefully at who they work with but what I have seen is that several portals continue to promtoe dishonest/uncredible operations simply because they earn more money from them. Minimizing the amount of exposure you give to a brand does help but for it to be a success the industry needs to unite and this is where I see an issue as I know of many webmasters who would continue to happily promote a brand if it lines their pockets with copper and silver.
This retro change in T&C’s is unfair and lets hope that this is a one off and not the tip of an iceberg.
