I have a few US citicens, I am in contact with, who desperately need a US casino with roulette table limits over 1000$. I advertise AffiliateClub for Non-US and Mainstreet Casino for US people, but in Mainstreet Casino table limits are not big enough.

Possibly bookmaker.com or Jazz Casino as both of these accept high limits in their casino for US facing players.
However bet365 has a large casino and with the casino managers approval can consider higher limits. But email first.
