If the margin was 2%, you would say 2 * 35% = 0.70%

So you would then say wagered amount * 0.70%.

So if your player wagered $10,000 on slots (which is actually not very much at all), you would earn:

10,000 * 0.70% = $70.

To give you an idea, the average wagering on a $20 deposit on slots is about $539.08.

A 2% margin on a slots game would be very low. Most margins range from 3-4%.

You would expect to find a 2% margin on table games (not blackjack) but even then it would still be a little low for them. Video Poker has the lowest margin at around just under 1%.
