I’d like to believe that Google’s search engine is aware enough to be able to determine that they’ve found an RSS feed and not penalise the source for where it’s found – so I think that you should rest easy on that score.

We also use RSS feeds for our match content, but only for titles, we don’t share any of the article content, requiring a reader to click to read the content.
