We also are paid only 20%. Always assumed I was on the worst deal of anyone with SBT. I did ask to be raised a long time ago and I think that affiliate manager has gone but it did not happen. It does stick in my throat that they advertise 25% yet don’t pay it. This company can’t be pushed too hard as they have that history of ignoring their own agreements.
It does sound as if you are getting ripped off on your croatian referrals as certainly all Uk traffic for Uk affiliates gets paid across all products.
If we were dropped to 15% or were not paid across all channels for a referred client’s activity then SBT would definitely be removed from all our sites.
