I have just received a letter from VIP, and the guy said sorry for the late payments. He said they would combine Q2 with upcoming Q3. I asked if they were going to send the payment sooner than usual because usually it comes 45 days after the end of the quarter. Also, my affiliate account shows zero activity for Q3, which means to me that they have zeroed it out and are getting ready to shut it down altogether. I am still hopeful to receive the commissions, but I am not holding my breath on it. I will post again if I find out anything further. After being so late they should at least send it quickly at this point. I think their program is essentially gone.
