My suggestions:
1) make the page look more like your’s rather than the template you bought
2) add content to the site and sprinkle some banners around so that visitors have a way to convert
3) go out and get links, links and more links…then after that some more links, and even some more links…the goal is to target keywords your site can rank for, don’t sweat the PR, that will come naturally if you are gaining links properly…
4) get more links
5) make sure to get even more links
6) in case it isn’t clear at this point, links are very important to your websites success, so go get some more of those
