its you who loses money as an affiliate, as none of those players are tied to your trackers. Your players will eventually see no benefit in your private tournaments as they are esentially public by the time they start.
Like I said I have only found one way of beating this problem and that is delivering the password within an hour of the tournament. Remember it is members of your mailing list that are posting on these forums, or at least passing the information on.
