Some data would obviously help, but you might end up having to do a lot of first hand research for this one. Some things to think about though when looking up countries to research would be:
income per capita
internet connectivity %
cost of living/ average income
# of casinos in the country
That might help you get a better picture of how the locals feel about gambling, how much money they have to spend on it and how easily they can connect.
