Payments for May and June still not received by me while all information has been submitted by all possible ways (email, affiliate messaging system and private message to Marten in this forum).
I am also starting to think that it is something diffrent than problem with payment system which were solved if correctly understood Gustavo message and email from Marten. New problem is their connection with payment department… now they should submit all outstanding payments to payment department which should check all their records and send payments. Looks like this will be another problem for us.. now we should wait for few weeks more while payment department will check all info..
If Marten would not reply to my email after his return from vacation I would think that true reason of the delay is that my customers generated some profit during July and Unibet simply does not want to pay for previuos months. Hope this is not true and we will finally receive our payments. I have only one question to Gustavo and Marten:
WHEN WE CAN EXPECT PAYMENTS?
