The domains value is in the eye of the potential customer.
What gives a domain value?
is it at least a keyword phrase? your is not in my opinion. It is short and easy to remember so someone may like it for brandable potential but thats really just it. Domains that are high traffic potential keyword phrases that actually have search volume have value.
Build at the least a mini site and get the domain name listed and some page rank and the value will increase but you still need to find a buyer.
A mini site may generate some revenue while the domain name is for sale.
