It’s a good layout to my eye – limiting to three casinos – and not much scrolling. It’s a good page but it’s stuck a little bit between two actions – trying to be the direct convert – and also being a helpful direction to a further full review page.
Perhaps one thing that’s a bit weak is the call to action … “visit now” on all three texts in the main panel. I mean really? Is Visit now the most exciting thing you can say in all three spots? That coupled with the banners (which always have a low click rate) mean that it’s not that enticing of a click. :sarcasm:
Also given the brevity of the descriptions, if I was looking for a casino then it’s likely that I’d actually click through via the “more” or “read this gambling review” to get the full details of the casino review. I’m just not sure that you close the deal on this page to get many direct clicks to a casino on the summary page.
But the reviews certainly do that :

So you might want to look at your stats and see how many times people are choosing those extra review pages as options – as it’s another step along the sales path – and should be considered a successful visit for the page.
Overall – I like your page though – I wish that mine were as well laid out
