This casino personally offered me multiple deposit bonuses after I reached VIP status with them. These promotion codes were sent directly from their casino to my registered email address. Previously I was told -nothing- but that “the casino reserves the right to not provide me all of their bonuses anymore”. My Neteller deposits were also accepted as long as I lost them.
Robert, you can personally check my account and confirm that I obeyed all terms and did nothing wrong at -any- time.
Unfortunately there is no person or company that could assist me to enforce my payment from your Costa Rican business.
