Not, you got that wrong. This dispute is indeed from my player account though and I posted about it on this site as Gambling Wages claims to “get their business straight” and that “all players will be paid”.
Clearly, this is not true.

To cut it short this time; I played bonuses at their casino a long time ago and the casino refused payment after I won ~$5k. Below are only few of the various bogus reasons they have given me since then and of course none of them are true:

“We are not paying because you were not allowed to take bonuses of 30% or higher”
“You used multiple multiple player accounts”
“You abused our bonus system”

I just can not read all the untrue claims about commission and players payments by GW in this forum anymore….. over and over for years.

You were told…
“he could not get bonuses over 30% – voiding winnings and returning original deposit”

You know before you took the bonus, Correct?
