I had chatted with Steve about a month ago, and he showed us, as well as posted in the forum many examples of where he had taken care of several affiliate payment complaints. I assumed many of these issues were taken care of at that time. Granted I don’t think everyone was 100% satisfied, but I don’t think anyone can make 100% of the people happy 100% of the time.

I may be mistaken but am I reading right, is this a player complaint or an affiliate complaint?

Halelovas- So am I reading this right? Your complaint is that, you deposited money, and lost, and now you want a bonus for funds you had deposited earlier?

Are you an affiliate? Just not sure that this is the best place to vent this concern. Have you tried the casinos customer service?
