Hi All,
We are aware that we have some issues with some of our players not receiving the promotional emails and we are implenting plans to resolve this. I can confirm that we send out 2 to 3 promotional emails per week, including addtional retention emails, new sign ups, not played > etc
I can assure you we work very hard in retaining our members loyalty and are making every effort to resolve this issue. To assist with the analysis it would be helpful if those affiliates with casino accounts could provide me with which mail provider they are using and the last date they recieved a promotional mailer from Sloto’Cash
