1. All information relevant to the performance of an eGAP review is submitted to the operator, and relevant 3rd parties (software providers and service providers).
2. The eCOGRA Compliance and Advisory Services department performs the eGAP review and submits a report to the Independent Directors regarding eGAP compliance by the operator, and its 3rd parties.
3. eCOGRA’s Independent Directors may request additional information from the operator and 3rd parties;
4. Award of the Seal is based on the eGAP compliance report and any other information which has come to the Independent Directors’ attention;
5. A License Agreement is entered into between eCOGRA and the approved operator;
6. The operator and relevant 3rd parties submit to ongoing eGAP compliance reviews to maintain the Seal.
