I think PMs are limited by programs that are not paid sponsors of CAP. If I am wrong someone correct me but if you need to contact any program you will probably get a faster response contacting them directly through their website or replying to one of their newsletters. Renee is probably the fastest person to respond to to anybody for anything. I suspect she takes performance enhancing drugs :wink-wink
