Depends on a lot of things IMO. Mainly the history of income – has it just peaked, or been steady over years? Is the traffic for the websites constant etc.
I usually pay 10-12 months of income when I buy websites in this industry. Sometimes less – it is a high-risk industry due to the political focus.
