I understand your frustration when an affiliates post something which is very obvious to you but unfortunately you are the affiliatemanager and should answer questions accordingly.
Besides that you stating “feeling sick and tired about this” does not contribute to your professionalism nor your program’s reputation. Keep in mind who you are dealing with : affiliates that want to promote your brands, businesspartners.
You should be helpful and provide the information when asked for it in a timely manner.
Posting a few lines surely can not destroy your holidays, can it ?
Just for the record : We have to work during holidays too to provide players for your brands or others.
