You were paid in March for the February mistake AND you had a massive negative balance due to a winner of over 15k. As a result of that winner and our no negative carryover policy, you are looking at you biggest pay day EVER from Casino Coins.
Yes, this is great and we appreciate all programs having no negative carry over.
This time the casino and we got luck that player did play all back then.
This does not happen so many times for us.
I’m really sick and tired of people coming in and ****ting on the Coins thread about stuff like this. Our T&C’s say by the 10th BUSINESS DAY of the month.. that would make payment due on the 16th of April as Good Friday and Easter Monday are holidays for banks.

Not so long ago, I spoke with my partner what we could do to push your brands a bit more.
Its not that easy for us, since we hardly get any newsletters or updates on promos and tourneys or other specials.
We live in NL and can therefore also not sign up at the casinos to stay up to date on current promos.
Now, after your post, I ask myself why should I.
We have many nice programs which we promote and they are all always friendly to us
So we better stick with them.
We will also never again ask Sabrina something, to make sure there is no more misunderstanding.
