If your players are not playing and wagering (and losing?) at least the value of the CPA payment that you are receiving then what you are doing is definately going to end in tears. Thr affiliate manager will close your account eventually – or else he’s not doing his/her job.
Although you’ve tried to weasel around the situation, you are clearly stating that these players would not be playing unless you provided an incentive – and will probably not deposit again (as there is no incentive to do so).
The fact that you personally know some of these players as well just adds to the feeling of collusion and agreement to profit at the programs expense.
Casinos are in business to make money – not give it away.
