We have two different issues there:

First, there appears to be a problem with the stats for yesterday, ie a lot of negative figures showing for a couple of affiliates.
The cause of the error has now been identified.
The compensating correcting adjustments will appear in tomorrows run (todays figures will be unchanged but taking the 2 days together will cancel out the error)

Secondly, our stats normally show negative figures when some fraud/charge back players appear: the player account is eliminated and negative figures appears on your stats.

I hope this helps,

Thanks Geof, your reply does help.

Because affiliates are so reliant on Bet365 stats reporting, any stats problems are very worrying for me. I know that your stats reporting is quite basic at the front end, with limited information for affiliates, but I would have thought that it’s been in place long enough to eliminate these type of issues (mistakes do happen though). On the positive side, it’s being fixed which is always good. I am just hoping that my big negative will turn into a big positive tomorrow :wink-wink…

The second point you make about the fraund/charge back is okay for me, but is there any way to get more visibility of this at all? I am assuming that with my stats if I sign up 10 players, and have 1 fraud, my stats will show 9 players. Therefore, only if affiliates have very limited new registrations will they ever be able to see any fraud/charge back issues and it will be balanced against the rest of their stats anyway. Can you tell me if fraud/charge back issues are of quite small value in general? or does it vary widely so that it could make a big impact on stats?

Thanks for your original reply again.

Cheers,

Nick
