Sorry to turn you down Kononen, but reprocial links especially from sites written different language are allmost worthless for both SEO and traffic.
Finland is very small country and everybody knows each other, so contact those few casino affiliates and try to make deal with them. I can guarantee that they all have more than 1 site, so try to get 3-way link exchanges or simply buy links.
