when I click ‘submit’ I get a page not found error…
the problem is when you click on Join Rockbet/CLICK HERE images

it redirects to http://affiliates.rockbet.com/join (unable to submit application via this link – not found error)
but when i clicked the link join now from menu

the registration was successful
