I have kept out of the whole “He said.. He said” crap.. because it does not interest me.. and to be really honest,, anybody that is sitting there waiting to see what happens between Warren and Lou would probably sit at a roadside accident looking for dead people.. I do not care as it is not my company or bussiness..

For people to spend money on a trip promoted to be a huge party and be stranded is absolutely sickening …..
No excuse in the world can make up for that.. all you could do is say sorry and cover their costs..
Stop playing the “we want the old spring break back” card.. pathetic… we would have signed up immediately if that were the case… why are we not in Cancun? because it was NOT sold that way initially!!!!
