I’m testing 4 PPC companies right now, only 1 giving me good ROI. I’m counting different way not % but $. Usual I’m ready pay $200 par player. My best source gives me player for spending $30-$50, the next one $150-250, the rest right now gives me $300+ but I spend only few bucks there not few K, so it’s hard to say yet. I’m bidding on list of 25K+ keywords, this is whole secret. I was building this list for months. MOst of these keywords getting only few hits per month but cost me 3-4 cent per click and convert good as these for 1-2$ or even better. If you think it’s enought to pay 20K$ and buy casino or casino online, you are wrong 
you never get good ROI this way.
