I know I have players at Palace of Chance. I have not been able to view those stats since POC was intigrated to GW. Have sent many emails for over a year now with only 1 reply about a year ago saying they would get right on it. Never received a response. Emailed many times since then and still nothing
They have never been top earners for me. Only got above the threshold to be paid once and had to jump through hoops for about 8 months to receive that pay. Just FYI.
Like I have said before many times….Waiting to get your calls so we can talk about setting a new type of deal for anyone having issues with this. We have explained before many times, that we have several casinos that are “high bounus modules” and we have others that are not. So please let me know who you are so I can help you with this. We have had a few affiliates contact us already regarding this and we have worked things out for them.
As for “more4me”, why don’t you give me a call and let me know what happened in the past and who you are. We took over this program not to long ago and we have been taking care of all valid issues that have come our way.
