My idea was that this has nothing to do with CAP, instead would have input from affiliates themselves. Of course CAP would be able to list these ratings, or any others. I would code it and hand over to you all, but We need active affiliates for this system to work; ie Dominque, who has a lot of spare time 
Would be AMAZING if some of the forum owners would get involoved also, to volunteer time, and adding to this rating system, this way would be affiliates plus communities, and not ONE perons or entity to mess things up. I am open to ideas on how this porcess would work..
